At SavaliKraft, we take immense pride in our heritage of Indian tribal and traditional arts. Each piece—whether it is Warli art on wood, hand-embroidered bags, or Gond paintings—is handcrafted with love and precision by skilled artisans.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.
- 7-Day Return Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
If 2 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective covers intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.
- Handcrafted Product Disclaimer (Important)
Please note that our products are 100% handcrafted by artisans, not mass-produced by machines.
- Unique Variations: Minor variations in color, texture, design alignment, or size are natural characteristics of handmade items (especially in Warli paintings and hand embroidery).
- Not a Defect: These differences verify that the product is authentic and handmade. Therefore, returns based solely on “minor design differences” may not be accepted.
- Damaged or Defectives Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
- Report within 48 Hours: If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Please email us photos or a video clearly showing the damage/defect.
- Resolution: We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
- How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email Us: Contact us at info@savalikraft.com or WhatsApp us at +91 90 160 181 45 within 2 days of delivery.
- Subject Line: Please use “Return Request – Order #[Your Order ID]”.
- Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer) within 7–10 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom/Personalized Orders: Items made specifically for you (e.g., bags with initials, custom Warli panels).
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale or using a special discount coupon.
- Gift Cards.
- Exchange Policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Shipping Costs
- Defective Products: SavaliKraft will bear the return shipping costs for damaged or wrong items sent by us.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., didn’t like the color/size), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International Returns
For orders shipped outside India:
- We accept returns within 2 days, but return shipping costs and any customs duties involved must be paid by the customer.
- Refunds will only include the product cost, not the original international shipping charges.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or replaced:
- Items beyond 30-day window
- Clearance or final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
- Items damaged by customer (misuse, accidents, improper storage)
- Products without proof of purchase
- Items altered, modified, or repaired after delivery
- Hygiene-sensitive products (if opened/used)
- Bulk orders (subject to separate agreement)

13.1 Bulk Orders and Corporate Gifts
- Bulk orders (10+ items) have separate return policies
- Corporate gift returns require written approval from SavaliKraft management
- Special return agreements may be negotiated for large orders
13.2 Seasonal or Limited-Edition Items
- Limited-edition and seasonal items may have restricted return policies
- These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase
- Customers will be notified of applicable restrictions
13.3 Damaged in Transit
For items damaged during delivery:
- Document Damage: Take photographs immediately upon receipt

- Courier Claim: If insured, file damage claim with courier service
